I’m Vishal S R, an Electrical and Electronics Engineer working as a Junior Consultant (Technical) at the Kerala State Electricity Regulatory Commission (KSERC).My work involves analyzing electricity distribution performance, reviewing compliance with Standards of Performance (SoP), and supporting regulatory decisions through technical evaluation.
I have hands-on exposure to electrical systems, compliance processes, and field-level operations, allowing me to approach problems with both technical depth and practical understanding.I am focused on building expertise in power systems and energy regulation, with the aim of improving efficiency, reliability, and regulatory impact in the electricity sector.
My Family
My family has been a strong foundation in shaping my values and discipline. I belong to a close-knit family of four. My father has worked in the Gulf, and my mother is a homemaker. I also have a younger brother who graduated in Civil Engineering and is currently pursuing his postgraduate studies in Canada. Their support and guidance have played an important role in building my consistency and approach toward personal and professional growth.
